Founder and CEO
Founded on the belief that community transformation begins with capacity, we partner with nonprofits to elevate their impact through organizational development, capacity-building, and leadership training. With over 25 years of cross-sector experience in public health, education, workforce development, philanthropy, and social equity, we understand what it takes to move missions forward.
Led by Cynthia P. Davis, MHA, MHRM, CGMS, a Certified Grants Management Specialist and seasoned nonprofit executive, the firm brings hands-on experience and deep knowledge of nonprofit infrastructure and sustainability.
